Check out what a couple of FIRST grads have teamed up on – a NetBot! You can read their full story at the Tampa Bay Mini Maker Faire website.
Andrew Remmers, of Orlando, a long time FIRST Robotics Competition team member and Chris Willingham, of Tampa, a veteran FIRST Tech Challenge team member who got his start 7 years ago in FIRST LEGO League , are both 19 year old college students now and partnering on a robotics project they hope to debut at the Tampa Bay Mini Maker Faire on March 31. Both students also continue to mentor FIRST teams in their communities.
FIRST helped stoke the fires of their innate curiosity and interest, and it’s wonderful to how they keep those fires burning!
